Take a trip to the Great Barrier reef with Nemo, Marlin and the gang in Leapster’s learning game based on Disney-Pixar’s “Finding Nemo.” Kids listen to the story narration and touch objects on the screen to bring alive the sights and sounds of the popular tale. Or, players can play one of four engaging games that will help build math and reading skills.

Kids can focus on fun and numbers in the “School Crossing Game” as they help the “crossing guard” get “students” across the busy waterways. Players can progress through the two skill levels by following instructions or solving simple math equations to touch the correct number of fish. The “crossing guard” also teaches kids good safety tips such as “always look both ways before crossing.”

Letters, colors and numbers are part of the action in the “Jellyfish Jump” game as players help Dory hop through a jellyfish forest by listening for clues such as size, color, number or letter, depending on the skill level. Other fun and fishy games will help kids continue to build on these skills and they may even learn a few facts about sea life such as a giant squid can weigh as much as a car!
