Get ready for a game packed with fun, action and learning featuring the mischievous but lovable “The Penguins of Madagascar!” This learning game includes five multi-level activities that kids will have loads of fun playing while they are learning about a wide variety of topics, including animal facts, numbers, basic math and even spelling. A favorite game may be “Karate Crackdown” which has players helping Private “chop” or kick the correct letters. Kids can advance from identifying the correct letter, to completing alphabetical sequences and then to spelling words. Each game can be played in “training mode” or “competition mode” which has players competing against other Madagascar characters. At the end of each game, the “leaderboard” will show their rank to give kids encouragement to keep playing ... and learning!
Animal lovers will be a fan of “Zoo Recon” which asks players to identify animals by clues such as “touch the animal that swings from a tree” or “touch an animal that has a long trunk.” By playing, kids unlock animal fact cards on their Leapster that they can access again and again to learn more information about their favorite animals.
