Kids can relive an endearing tale with the Disney•Pixar Up: Up with Adventure storybook and the Tag™ Reader from LeapFrog. Explorers join Carl and Russell by receiving a name such as “Nifty Navigator” or “Terrific Trailblazer,” and then launch into adventure by playing many learning activities throughout the story. Kids can learn basic reading skills such as rhyming, character identification and drawing conclusions. They can also explore rain forests and other exotic locations with their Tag Reader as they learn about insects, animals and their habitats. By touching Kevin’s “Wilderness Explorer” badges featured throughout the book, kids will hear facts about trees, humans and insects among many other things.
By reading, playing and learning, kids will unlock rewards on LeapFrog Connect™ that parents can access. Kids can earn their own badges that parents can print and help them attach to a special picture. Or, parents can print a scene from the book that is a bit different.
