- Classifying
- Sorting and classifying objects by size, function, or weight uses logical reasoning skills essential for learning.
- Comparing sizes
- Children learn to compare sizes by determining whether one object is larger, smaller, or the same size as another object. Exact measurements are not required – rather, children use relative sizing to compare and order objects.
