Tag takes kids on a worldwide learning adventure with the Interactive World Map! The two-sided, 20” x 35” folding world map features many activities that can help kids develop mapping and geography skills, while they learn cool facts about countries, people, animals and landmarks. The side titled “Our World” gives kids a course in basic map skills, such as identifying bodies of water and continents. Kids can also learn about the world by touching countries or objects. For example, they can learn that the Great Wall of China is the world’s longest man-made structure.
As a child’s learning level progresses, they can work on more advanced skills such as how to use a legend. Kids will love to learn about other cultures by playing the “Kids Like Me!” activity that can teach them how to say “hello” in other languages, and what foods, music and activities are enjoyed by children in other parts of the world.
On the flip side, “Countries of the World” features “Map Racer,” the ultimate geography challenge. Parents will enjoy playing along with their kids in a timed challenge that has them finding countries before time runs out. As the skill level gets more challenging, players need to find even more countries!
